We do not carry out emergency plumbing, leak repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair or any other plumbing work. If work is done in your home, an independent provider does it. Understandprison Plumbing does not.

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price or outcome of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, permits, insurance and conduct.

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Stay Safe

Plumbing trouble can bring electrical hazards, gas appliances, hot water and dirty wastewater. Do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas, leave the home and phone your gas utility from outside. If you think anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.
